What happens if there is a problem with the artwork?

We want you to enjoy your artworks. Therefore whenever there is a problem, we are here to help you.

In case there is any problem with your artwork during shipping, e.g. it does not arrive, it arrives damaged or it is not as described, you will be able to claim your money back without any problem.

We are holding your money till 5 days after the artwork has arrived at your home to ensure a smooth problem solving, as you do not have to claim your money back from the individual artist.
