How long does it take till I get paid?

ARTCOSMOS holds the payment for your artwork until the end of our complaint period has passed without a valid complaint. Our complaint period is 7 days after “assumed arrival” of artworks.

“Assumed arrival” of artwork is calculated based on your estimated shipping time. On the date we can assume your customer receives his artwork we will contact the customer to inform the customer about the start of the complaint period and to ask the customer whether there are any complaints.

By directly asking customers whether they have a complaint about the artwork and providing them with a clear deadline to voice this complaint, the risk of receiving later complaints is significantly reduced.

In case the customer issues a valid complaint the money is hold until the complaint is resolved.
